Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan, an actor and a member of the SSC's board since 2011, is the co-founding artistic director of the recently formed theatre firm Speech of Fire. She has been the artistic director for Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. While Artistic Director of SSC she also served as SSC's costume designer, producer music director, composer and coach for text. Although she was usually the leader of her ensembles the first time she was directing was in SSC King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. Her roles include a variety of other shows in addition to acting. She was raised with her twin sisters and brothers within Walnut Creek, Stanford and by Richard F. Post's wife, a poetess Marylee Post. Las Lomas High School was where she took classes and played soccer. The school she attended was Pomona College. Post she got married to Stephen Knox in the past. Post has been married since 1982 to Michael A. Ross, an actor and writer with whom she shares two daughters. Post is a source of inspiration for numerous Hollywood actors because she is both a fantastic actress and an ideal mother and wife.
